The role will be for a Senior Medical Adviser in Transplant working on both a marketed and pipeline product
This role will have the usual medical affairs activities involved but will also have line management responsibility for a more junior physician and medical liaison manager.
Experience of the transplant field would be a great advantage, but experience in the industry is definitely the priority. Given the requirement for medical certification, this is not a position that would be suitable for any non-medically qualified individual.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate a very good knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice, and good commercial acumen.
Previous experience in medical affairs is clearly necessary but additional experience in R&D and/or pharmacovigilance, an advantage.
