Expected Areas of Competence
Lead strategy and submissions to Health Technology Assessment bodies at national, regional and local level,
Contribute to build regional awareness of the importance of Outcomes Research for achieving optimal market
Create and maintain interfaces with Local Market, Supporting regional pricing and reimbursement, and have a long term view of future policy developments relevant to HTA Contribute to the development of a high performing OR team• Builds strong relationships and alignment with local & regional business functions and strategy.
Provides the European input in interdisciplinary teams for a successful global strategy for a specific product.
Provide the perspective of a local market to European teams in designing and implementing Outcomes

Experience in leading, training, and coaching colleagues
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Track record of strong liaisons with local and regional payers and KOL's
Experience of influencing and negotiating with local and regional health technology assessment bodies
Intrinsic knowledge of development and life-cycle management of a drug, gained in industry or consulting
Previous successful experience in a particular therapeutic area considered for the position
