We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs specialist to join this pharmaceutical company based in the Netherlands.
The Role:
To promote products assigned to the business unit team as defined by the Company to clinical and non-clinical staff in allocated units within territory boundaries.
To maximise the business benefit through the local implementation of the marketing strategy.
The Responsibilities
Prepares account plans to meet all objectives within allocated budget and activity
Demonstrate understanding of your country's and region's healthcare system and how it impacts on your territory business.
Demonstrate full understanding of product strategies, key competitors, marketing plan and communication objectives.
Develop long term business relationships through regular contact with relevant Clinicians, non-clinical managers and other staff to maximise business opportunities in both the secondary sector and relevant tiers of the primary care sector.
Utilises all available resources, including technology, to analyse and manage territory business.
Monitor own objectives v. target, activity v. target and spend v. budget and give feedback to Regional Sales Manager at agreed intervals.
Develop KOLs and product champions, maintain a list of speakers and co-ordinate speaker meetings and symposia through close liaison with SM and colleagues
Utilise appropriate IT based control systems to plan and monitor business activities.
Feeds back local competitor and market intelligence.
Achieve an acceptable level of understanding of all relevant training/marketing materials.
Ensure personal conduct in consistent with the Vision and Values.
Communicates and exchanges information between all regional team members and marketing teams to ensure maximum awareness and share best practice
Carry out other related tasks as requested by the Regional sales manager
Adheres and comply to Local and Global guidelines and national health regulations.
Education & Requirements:
Degree or nursing qualification or relevant qualification required by local regulations
Essential - demonstrated significant, individual pharmaceutical product promotion success, proven track record of experience in a hospital environment.
