We are currently looking for a Global Studys Operations Manager (m/f)

Your Tasks:

- Provide direction and leadership to one or more clinical operations teams

- International Study Coordination (1-3 Studies worldwide)

- Direct approach to Coutry sites with local project manager

- No direct responsibilities for CRA`s

- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with SMT members, with particular focus on affiliate teams and external CRO and co-development partner study teams

- Contribute to the development of the study timelines, resources, budget, risk, and quality plans

- Deliver the operational elements of the study plan</li>

- Organize the Investigator meetings, monitor workshops, CRO kick-off meetings and leads the development and presentation of the operational aspects of the study(s). Chairs the monitor workshop meetings

- Provide the day-to-day operational management of CROs and vendors to ensure delivery against contracted scope of work</li>

- Identify areas of best practice and process improvements
